1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all appointments, treatments and agreements between Ruby Pedicure and the client. By making an appointment you agree to these terms.
2. Appointments
Appointments can be made online, by phone, via WhatsApp or in the salon. For new clients we reserve enough time for an initial consultation and foot assessment. Please complete the intake form before your first appointment.
3. Cancellation and no-show
Unable to come? Please cancel or reschedule your appointment as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours in advance. Appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be charged in full. In case of late arrival, the treatment may be shortened at the full rate so that subsequent clients do not have to wait.
4. Prices and payment
All prices include VAT. Payment is made immediately after the treatment, in the salon or online via Mollie (iDEAL, credit card and others). Any online deposit is deducted from the final amount. For agreed invoices a payment term of 14 days applies.
5. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months by default, redeemable for all treatments and not exchangeable for cash. Any remaining balance stays available for a subsequent treatment within the validity period.
6. Health and liability
For a safe treatment it is important that you share relevant health information (such as blood thinners, allergies or medication) in advance via the intake form. Ruby Pedicure is a beauty and pedicure salon and does not perform medical treatments. For medical foot complaints, wounds or inflammation we refer you to your GP, a medical pedicurist or a podotherapist.
Ruby Pedicure is not liable for damage arising from incorrect or incomplete (health) information, nor for loss of or damage to your personal belongings.
7. Hygiene
We work exclusively with professional, sterilised instruments and follow strict hygiene guidelines. We kindly ask you to arrive at your appointment with clean feet.
8. Complaints
Do you have a complaint about a treatment? Please report it within 5 working days of the treatment, in writing or by email. We will respond within 5 working days and look for a suitable solution together with you.
9. Privacy
We handle your personal data carefully, in accordance with the GDPR. Read how we do this in our privacy statement.
10. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements with Ruby Pedicure. The Dutch text of these terms prevails. Last updated: 12 June 2026.
